A Global Design movement starts here.

We're setting ethical standards for design roles, calling out exploitative hiring, and building a community that protects and supports creative workers.

Why This Exists

The design job market is broken — and it’s not by accident.

Companies are inflating roles, demanding 3–5 skill sets in one listing, offering entry-level pay for senior-level expectations, and turning hiring into a gauntlet of unpaid work. These aren’t edge cases. This is the norm.

Talented designers are being pushed out — not because they lack skill, but because they’re exhausted, burned out, and forced into impossible conditions.

We’re watching full-time jobs become unpaid application projects.
We’re seeing "junior" roles that require 3+ years and full-stack knowledge.
We’re getting ghosted after doing free strategy, free wireframes, and free data-gathering for companies that are quietly benefiting from our unpaid labor.

This isn’t a talent gap. It’s a respect gap.

This movement started because we’ve had enough — and we know we’re not alone.
We’re here to push back against exploitative hiring, build real standards for creative roles, and create a support system for designers across industries.

If you've ever felt like you're shouting into the void, doing everything right but getting nowhere — you're exactly who this is for.
